Service Description

Clients who work with me exclusively online are encouraged to schedule one coaching call/week to maximize efforts and to take advantage of the coaching that comes with their program. We should aim to book a call for you once/ week while you are training!

Cancellation Policy

I do not accept cancellations or refunds generally. Cancellations before a start date, or before the start of a new month for ongoing clients will be accepted. In extenuating circumstances, please contact me to discuss what we might be able to work out.
